The Department of Education has scheduled the conduct of Early Registration for the incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7 and 11 learners in all public elementary and secondary schools in the country.
Based on the DepEd Order No. 3 series of 2018 or the �Basic Education Enrollment Policy� � �The early registration shall be conducted from the last Saturday of January to the last Friday of February of each year.� In this regard, the last Friday of January for this year is on the 26th and the last Friday of February falls on the 22nd. It is also stated in the said DepEd Order that the �incoming Grades 2-6, Grades 8-10 and Grade 12 are considered pre-registered� which means it will not be necessary for them to attend this early registration. It is then understood that all public schools are expected and mandated to conduct this activity and encourage more youth to enroll and continue their education.
