Malaca�ang is already preparing the salary increase for teachers this year. This is according to Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo after being asked about the alleged surveillance by the Philippine National Police (PNP) to some members of Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT).

�This President is sensitive to their needs. In fact, he wants to increase their salaries. And if understand from Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno, a few months from now there will be a new salary hike for them,� said by Panelo.
