All government employees are expected to have received a salary increase in their salary for the month of March together with the differentials. Sadly, public school teachers did not receive the said increase and differentials, so it is now expected to be included in their April salary.
With the release of DBM Circular No. 575 which intends to implement the fourth-tranche compensation adjustment for civilian personnel in the national government, government agencies are instructed to use available funds of 2018 GAA (General Appropriations Act) for the increase to materialize.
Furthermore, President Duterte has signed the Executive Order No. 76 to strictly implement the salary hike using any available funds of 2018 GAA.
