The 4th and last tranche of salary standardization law has been effective starting January of 2019 and many public school teachers have been waiting to receive it. However, due to some difficulties on the source of fund and the delay of the approval of the 2019 national budget, the said increase has not yet given.
It is also known to the public that there would be a salary differential for the monthly increase starting January of 2019. Gladly, according to some teachers who reported to us, they have already received the differentials and some of these areas are Mindoro, Negros Oriental, and parts of CALABARZON.
