Here are 2 ways to check and monitor your personal PhilHealth Contributions.
1. Member Inquiry via Online
First, you need to register your account on their official website then login to check your personal account and contribution.
Steps to Register Online:
a. Go to their official website (www.philhealth.gov.ph)
b. Click on "online services"
c. Under Membership, click on "Register/Login"
d. Click on "Register"
e. Fill out the all required information and click submit.
f. Wait for the confirmation email, then click the activation link from the PhilHealth Member Information System.
Update: The registration facility is now under maintenance according to PhilHealth, but you may bookmark this page so you will be guided as soon as the facility comes alright. Or you can contact them for alternative ways to register online via their lines below:

2. Check your PhilHealth contributions using the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS):
Dial (02) 441-7442 and follow the instructions from the voice prompt.
Make sure that you have your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) found in your PhilHealth ID because it will be asked from you to access your account and check your contributions.
