To better assess and evaluate certain circumstances with regard to the opening of classes for the SY 2020-2021, the Department of Education launches an online survey to hear the opinion of all concerned individuals especially the learners, parents, and school personnel.
The Department of Education is conducting a survey to better inform its policies and decisions on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021.
DepEd values the consultation and involvement of its stakeholders in the decision-making process, particularly those who will be significantly affected by the decision/s relative to the opening of classes.

As part of the government's efforts to contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the country has been put on varying levels of quarantine and has established stringent social distancing measures. These as well as other government interventions necessary in the management of COVID-19 are expected to have implications on the opening of classes for SY 2020-2021. The Department of Education (DepEd) is conducting this survey to better inform its policies and decisions.
