Nograles confirms that the President has approved the Inter-agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases’ recommendation to extend the ECQ in Luzon until April 30, 2020.
“We verified it and the answer was the ECQ is hereby extended until 11:59 p.m. until April 30,” Nograles said in an online briefing on Tuesday.
President Duterte has said on his late night address on Monday that government is inclined to extend the Luzon-Wide ECQ up until the April 30, 2020.
The IATF has then passed the resolutions on Monday night to which the President has studied and approved.
