The Department of Education announces December 12, 2020 as the last day of classes for the first quarter of this school year.
This is applicable to all Kindergarten to Grade 12 learners in all public schools in the country. The Holiday Break is scheduled from December 19, 2020 to January 3, 2021.
Teachers, on the other hand, shall have to undergo In-Service Training (INSET) on December 14-19, 2020 while the resumption of classes shall be on January 4, 2020.
