As the end of school year 2018-2019 is fast approaching, the Department of Education reminds us of the remaining school activities set to its respective dates in 2019 from January to the month of May.
As preparation also for the opening of classes for school year 2019-2020, all schools are expected to hold the following activities:
January 26, 2019 onwards - Early Registration of learners in schools where they wish to study.
May 13 - 17, 2019 - Brigada Eswela, to enable the community and the school to prepare their facilities before the start of the school year.
May 20 - 31, 2019 - Oplan Balik Eskwela, to facilitate the enrolment of learners.
May 27 - 31, 2019 - In-Service Training (INSET) activities for teachers, a week before the opening of classes.
