A high school teacher in Cebu, Virginia Padilla Roble, had a left arm surgery at Perpetual Succour Hospital last December of 2015. She got surprised when she received a note from her surgeon which says "Dear Mom Roble: Professional Fee Paid. 22 years ago (One of My Favorite Teacher!)".
Mrs. Roble was in full tears as she reads the note and never thought that she would get repaid for her good service in this very extra ordinary way. This surgeon who waived for the professional fee is Dr. Dilbert Monicit, her former high school student.
To give a mouthful appreciation for his good deed, Mrs. Roble decided to share her experience by posting it on the social media. It gained immediate positive feedback from the netizens and spread the inspiration among others.
