DepEd Undersecretary Annalyn M. Sevilla on her latest TV interview told that the department is still weighing all the possible scenarios regarding the COVID-19 crisis in our country. Thus, the opening of classes in June remains uncertain.
"Lahat ngayon ay uncertain. Pinakamagandang scenario, tapos ang problema natin by May. Yan ang sinasabi nating milagro, so tuloy ang June," Sevilla said.
DepEd is now working on the contingency plans especially now that the entire Luzon remains under ECQ until April 30.
"But there are plan B, plan C, and plan D. Hindi pa naman namin pwedeng ibigay 'yung mga kongkreto na plan right now kasi we are still consulting our stakeholders, especially our regional directors," she added.
