The Department of Health on April 9, 2020, released the Administrative Order No. 2020-0013 with the subject, Revised Administrative Order No. 2020-0012 "Guidelines for the Inclusion of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the List of Notifiable Diseases for Mandatory Reporting to the Department of Health" dated March 17, 2020.
Included on this AO is the Transition of the Old versus New Classification for COVID-19.
