There will be no deductions of loans from the salaries of all DepEd personnel in case the President extends the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
In the Internal Guidelines on the Implementation of Section 4(aa) of Republic Act No. 11469 Pertaining to the Grant of Extension or Grace Period on Payment of Loans under the Department’s Automatic Payroll Deductions Program, Section V - 15, it states that:
In case the ECQ is extended by the President because of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the grace period shall also be extended. No loan amortizations shall be deducted from the salaries od DepEd personnel during the ECQ period.

According to DepEd Usec. Sevilla, "This is the “sliding effect” of the loan amortization relief offer that DepEd negotiated with its accredited PLIs."
