Good news for the school-based personnel of the Department of Education as they are now eligible for the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2018.
According to DepEd, the AO25 Inter-Agency Task Force or IATF has allowed the grant of the said PBB 2018 for all teaching and non-teaching personnel in all elementary and secondary schools nationwide.
“To date, school-level performance ranking reports, which will be the basis for processing the bonus, have been submitted to the Task Force and DBM for funding,” said DepEd.
On the other hand, non-school based personnel in DepEd Central Office, Regional Offices, and Schools Division Offices were denied for the grant of this PBB 2018 as the assessment shows that they are found to be non-compliant with the Transparency Seal, PhilGEPS Posting, and other reports.
